A Managing Committee consisting of 18 members manages the affairs of the Association. The General Body meets once a year to elect the President, Vice-President, Hon. Secretary, Hon. Jt. Secretary, Hon. Treasurer and 10 members to the Managing Committee. The Immediate Past President becomes the ex-Officio member of the Managing Committee and 2 other members are co-opted to the Managing Committee at their 1st Meeting to complete the 18 member Managing Committee.

The Managing Committee Meets periodically to further the cause of the Association. All important issues are discussed and decided by the Managing Committee. The Managing Committee forms several Sub-Committees under the Chairmanship of Managing Committee members to oversee important events of the Association.

The General Body also appoints an Auditor to Audit the Accounts of the Association.
